Privacy Notice

UNSOLVED Case Archive is a Morgan Media Creations production. This notice explains the limited information used to process purchases, restore access, operate business-partner accounts, and understand site performance.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. UNSOLVED does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Stripe provides transaction, customer, payment-status, and billing information needed to fulfill a purchase, prevent fraud, and handle support or accounting.

Access recovery

When a customer purchases or redeems partner access, the supplied email address is stored so access can be restored without another payment. Recovery links are delivered through Postmark. Access and partner-session cookies are necessary to keep the archive or dashboard unlocked.

Business partners

For commercial licenses, the site stores the business name, partner administrator email, purchased activation allowance, and code issuance and redemption activity. Customer access codes are single-use.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” It may measure pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information, referral source, scrolling, outbound clicks, and checkout events. Names, email addresses, access codes, and payment details are not intentionally sent to Analytics. Advertising storage and Google Signals are disabled.

Choices and retention

You may decline Analytics without losing site functionality. Necessary access cookies remain because the site uses them to recognize purchases and active partner sessions. Clearing browser storage removes local preferences and may require access recovery.

Service providers

• Stripe processes payments and receipts.
• Postmark delivers private access and recovery messages.
• OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure host the website and application data.
• Google Analytics processes optional measurement data after consent.
