Partner License Terms

These terms govern commercial access packs purchased from UNSOLVED Case Archive. By purchasing a pack, the purchasing business agrees to these terms.

1. License grant

Each paid access pack grants the purchasing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to distribute the number of single-use customer access codes included in that pack. The business may sell those codes at a price it chooses or provide them without charge.

2. Customer activations

Each code may be redeemed once and unlocks the UNSOLVED archive for one customer. A code counts as used when it is successfully redeemed. The customer supplies an email address for secure access recovery. Unused, unrevoked activations remain available in the partner dashboard while the partner account and applicable license are active.

3. What the license does not permit

4. Partner responsibilities

The business controls its own customer price, promotions, taxes, receipts, refund promises, and customer communications. It must protect its partner login and distribute codes only through channels it considers appropriate. UNSOLVED does not collect or share in the business’s resale revenue.

5. Payments, refunds, and disputes

Access packs are one-time purchases. Except where required by law, a pack is not refundable after any code from it has been generated or redeemed. A refund, chargeback, reversed payment, suspected fraud, or material breach may suspend the related activations and partner access.

6. Ownership

UNSOLVED and its licensors retain all ownership of the archive, cases, artwork, software, trademarks, and other site content. The access pack grants distribution permission only; it does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

7. Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the archive and partner tools available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The archive may be maintained, secured, corrected, or updated over time. Material changes to these terms will not reduce activations already purchased without notice.

8. Suspension and termination

Partner access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or a material violation of these terms. If a curable violation is resolved, access may be restored. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership and payment obligations—remain in effect.

Questions about a planned promotion or distribution method should be resolved before purchase. These terms apply alongside any written agreement signed by both parties; a signed agreement controls if it directly conflicts with these online terms.
